DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:



Position Overview:
Lead network technology projects and initiatives for entire ASEAN Business Unit, as well as deliver IT operations and service delivery for Indonesia Region, which includes, but not limited to, data and voice network, servers, workstations and end-user IT support.  Ensure project execution is on-time and on-budget and all IT operations and support are stable, secure and reliable.

Lead desk-side support, collaborating with Pacific IT Team, SMC team, KO Service Desk team, and other 3rd level support team, on prevailing incident and issue for possible trending and analysis works to ensure future infrastructure and network high availability.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with SMC, Pacific IT Shared Service and other ASEAN IT team to ensure end-to-end network availability ASEAN in order to proactively identify or resolve problems in accordance with operational standards and procedures and to ensure network availability meets SLO. Perform problem and trend analysis assessment to identify and correct repetitive problems and increase overall system availability.

Provide desk-side support for IT infrastructure operation and service delivery for Indonesia Region, which include, but not limited to data/ voice network, servers, workstation and end-user support.  Based upon feedback take appropriate steps to coordinate end-user training, How Tos, problem remediation or incident escalation.

Conduct gaps / trend analysis on system performance in order to ensure system high availability and stability, provide regular operational status reporting. Provide recommendation to TSM on potential service improvement..

Coordinate appropriate installation, test, distribute or implement upgrades to existing systems and device configuration, vulnerability patches, software tools in order to support network infrastructure.

Lead vendors and/or local IT support team to provide operational excellence. Review the performance of local IT with the vendor in regular basis. 10%

Provide technical support to design, review and test Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), to ensure IT service continuity in the event of a Class 0 or 1 disaster.



Lead other activities as directed by the manager. 10%



This position will need to collaborate and maintain effective communication with all IT stakeholders, either internal or external. This includes, at least: SMC/ HP team, ATOS/ Global Service Desk, Shared-Services Pacific IT Team, Global IT, Orange Business Services, ASEAN IT Team members, all local technology vendors, internal purchasing team, each department head in Indonesia Region, end-users in Indonesia Region, and local bottler.

 Conduct gaps / trend analysis on system performance in order to ensure system high availability and stability.

Provide regular operational status reporting. 

Provide recommendation to TSM on potential service improvement.

Qualifications
At least 6 years IT related work experience in the specified core competencies in a medium to large corporate or government organization including the area of:
  1. LAN/ WAN design, implement, support and administration, especially Cisco products
  2. Workstation and server support administration
  3. Use and support Microsoft Office products
  4. Deep knowledge and actual hands-on networking technology and TCP/IP protocol, as well as various data/ voice network technologies is a must
# Knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies is preferable
# Experience in PC, Server and apps support is a must
# Fundamental knowledge of ITIL processes is preferable
# Customer satisfaction / Process oriented attitude
# Experience in managing small to medium team work
# Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, presentation skills
# Proven project management skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
